The commercial relationship
Some outbound retailer links on SetupViz may be affiliate links. If you follow one and make a qualifying purchase, SetupViz may receive a commission from the retailer. You are not charged a separate SetupViz fee for using these links; the retailer controls the price and every term of the transaction.
A click does not guarantee a commission. Qualification, attribution, commission rate, and payment are determined by the retailer's affiliate program.
How paid links are identified
SetupViz places a plain-language commission disclosure beside shopping actions and identifies a tracked destination as a paid link when affiliate tracking is active. Links are marked as sponsored for browsers and search engines and open only after an intentional click.
Amazon.com is the only program for which SetupViz may add a public runtime tracking tag. Other supported programs and networks require complete, pre-generated HTTPS destinations that are reviewed in the catalog. SetupViz does not invent or append generic tracking parameters for those programs.
A program appearing in SetupViz's link registry means its destination format is supported; it does not claim that SetupViz has joined or been approved by that program. Additional program onboarding remains deferred.
When a configured program is not active, the preview says tracking is not enabled instead of implying that a commission will be earned. The current MVP does not hide retailer destinations behind a redirect or open several shopping tabs automatically.
This placement follows the practical principle that a commercial relationship should be clear and close to the action it affects. You can read the current guidance from the Federal Trade Commission and the Amazon Associates Operating Agreement.
Reference prices are not live offers
Prices shown inside SetupViz are planning references maintained in the catalog. They are not a promise of a current retailer offer and may differ by variant, seller, location, or time. The reference total simply adds the displayed reference values.
Taxes, shipping, discounts, warranties, availability, and marketplace seller terms are not included. Confirm the exact product, condition, price, and seller on the retailer's site before purchasing.
A product can have more than one curated shopping destination. SetupViz shows Check price until an approved retailer source permits a specific amount with a currency and observation time. Store order is not based on commission rate.
The editorial boundary
The current featured order is manually set to create a useful mix across the MVP's gear categories. It is not personalized and is not calculated from click history, conversion data, customer reviews, or commission rates.
A usable shopping destination is part of whether an item can support the commerce flow, but an affiliate relationship is not a product-performance endorsement. If SetupViz later accepts a paid placement or sponsored product, that placement should be labeled separately from an ordinary affiliate link.
The retailer owns the transaction
SetupViz helps you plan a group of products and reach a retailer. It is not the seller of the listed gear and does not handle payment, fulfillment, shipping, warranty service, returns, or customer support for an order.
Product availability and affiliate-program terms can change independently of this site. A link may stop qualifying or a product may become unavailable without SetupViz changing its interface.
