What SetupViz does today

SetupViz has a static U.S. shopping catalog for keyboards, mice, mouse pads, and monitors. Each entry links to an official brand storefront and uses a fixed local product thumbnail. Shopping entries do not need a 3D model or measured footprint. An Amazon action appears only after the exact model and variant are matched to a reviewed ASIN.

The catalog records what the official storefront exposed when the dated snapshot was made. It is not a live inventory or price feed and does not claim current stock, checkout, purchase status, compatibility, or U.S. shipping eligibility for a particular address.

02

How products enter the shopping catalog

A bounded maintenance script reads declared official storefront pages and keeps active or purchasable product names, one of four categories, direct HTTPS product URLs, and an official image source used to generate a local thumbnail. The generated file deliberately excludes prices, reviews, ratings, and claims that an item remains in stock after the capture date.

Every official destination is validated at build time and shown as an untracked official-store link. Exact Amazon evidence is kept in a separate compile-time registry with the storefront product ID, ASIN, variant note, verification date, and approved verification method. The list is separate from the saved setup catalog, cloud record, exports, and share URLs.

03

How shopping and Amazon links differ

The broad shopping catalog opens each brand's official product page and does not add an item to a cart, choose a variant, or verify availability. Confirm the exact model, layout, switch, price, condition, shipping, and seller on the destination site.

SetupViz does not use Amazon searches as product links. If an exact ASIN has not been reviewed, no Amazon action appears. A verified link still requires visitors to confirm the model, variant, seller, price, and availability on Amazon. Amazon is the only supported affiliate program; official-store links remain untracked.

04

How dimensions are used

Each reconstruction has fixed positive width, depth, and height measurements. The viewer uses those dimensions to place the model at consistent scale relative to the virtual desk.

This context is illustrative. Verify the exact physical product dimensions, cable clearance, measurement method, and desk constraints before making a space-sensitive decision.

05

What the viewer saves

Camera angle, zoom, selected model, and keyboard placement are temporary viewer state. They are not added to a device setup, cloud record, export, share link, analytics event, or log.

No account is required to use the gallery or the interactive desk viewer.

Explore the footprint, then verify the real object.

Use the 3D viewer for visual context and confirm exact specifications before making a purchase or space-sensitive decision.
